Steven Frost subsequently established
Oakenvale Developments as a sole trader in 1995
and has continued to trade and live in this area.
The Millennium year saw the transition of the

EVOLUTION OF GREENWICH PROPERTY
Over the last five years, Greenwich Property
has worked on 65, mcstly residential.
We have refined our product and methods to
become a market leader for quality conversions
and renovations.
Heritage and Conservation, good planning and
design are essential in realising best potential for
any project. We have developed a policy of
avoiding standard house types, enabling our
panel of architects to ensure each development
provides the right mix of design and functionality

and local preservation groups. We have been
